Let’s Have A Convo… Issue One/Jan 2023

I cannot tell you the number of times that I have been spoken down to, or infantilized in one way or another because of my disability. It's infuriating. This might be unconscious on the person's part, but regardless, it happens.

And this is where I have such an issue, because how can I argue logically that I. Just. Can't. To someone who doesn't, or at worst, is unwilling/unable to understand?

And then it hit me, this bolt of realisation.

If they wanted to learn, they would.
